Re: iPhone and iPad app released
1. thanks. i have fixed this for the next version. 2. i can see some advantages of selling sets by rank. however, that makes it more difficult for people who want a variety of problem difficulties. so there's no perfect solution. i picked this way. Sure there is. You can compile different sets, sor...

Re: iPhone and iPad app released
I'm just saying it as a customer. I'd have bought a set of 4d+, but I have no interest in problems < 1d .

Re: iPhone and iPad app released
1) One more bug, - it crashes at pressesing "a hint" when there is no hint (at the "wrong" branch).
2) Selling sets of problems by rank (say, "Set of 1d-4d problems") would make more sense than as it is now.

Cool app!
Congratulation, adum.

"highest rated" problems list
I think, the "highest rated problems" list should be split in three sublists: low-kuy (<2k), 2k-2d, and >2d. Right now, this list is meaningless like "an average temperature among the hospital patients".

Next/Prev buttons placement
Hi Adum,
A little improvement would be nice. While browsing through a set, buttons Next/Previous are constantly changing their place, depending on a length of problem description. This feels like playing wack-a-mole and a bit irritating. Could you make them "East-sticky", or something?

I see we're back to Joseki/Fuseki problems right to exist discussion? :) http://www.goproblems.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=675&p=2018&hilit=fuseki#p2018 I suggest siwtching to multiple-choice mode automatically, the moment a category "fuseki" or "joseki" has been pi...

Re: New rating system
Honestly, I don't hang on my rating. That was meant as a joke. Overall, it's a good idea to spice up the site. Let's not make it unnecessarily complicated.

Re: New rating system
Interesting fact, - if I edit a problem or look at the comments without solving it first, - my rating goes down. So, in order to fix an invalid problem, one has to sacrifice his rating. No wonder I'm still a 31k.

Re: New rating system
Nice improvement, Adum!
The hardest is to get through 10k-2k problems. Apparently, most of invalid problems fall into this range.
