Probelm retrieving the game data
For the past few days I'm getting "problem retrieving the game data" every time I try to use Josekipedia. It doesn't always happen on the first move I input, but after 2 or 3 moves it will happen, and it makes it impossible to use Josekipedia.

Re: Classification of Plays: Ideal, Good,...
I don't know that adding new semantic classifications for this is really that useful, personnally. Joseki, I.E. "locally equitable" or "locally ideal" sequences, cannot be seen as context independent in the first place, and then the choice of a non-joseki variation is always goin...

Re: Why is it that my reading kyu is much lower than my rank
If I had to guess, I would say that goproblems.com ranks are on average way stronger than their KGS counterparts, but the ranking of the problems tends to be very innaccurate, so Don't take the ranks too seriously. And, yes, at your level you should improve very quickly by solving tons of go problems.

Re: Offline sgf files
The offline SGF files contain all the variations, and they come in a nice archive. The real issue is finding a good problem drilling program that can load the SGF files. For windows, there are probably all kinds, but for linux, I know of Gquiz, Uligo, and GoGrinder. I don't know if any of them can c...
