hey adum! :)

i was wondering if it's possible to add a right click ko recapture and maybe even pass on the board like en passant in chess problems? :)
(would look way better than two stones played randomly at the side of the problem)

another nice thing could be auto-ko marking with a square or prefferably a small sign of some kind (not an sgf mark) and disabled unless some special sgf tag like [ALLOWKORECAPTURE] is enabled... now that there's a graphical editing feature... (i'm assuming it's widely used, isn't it?)

I think a button for "pass" would be useful. Currently there's no way to pass and problems have to do hack solutions like "play at A (dame) to pass if you think there is no more endgame around here".

On a related note, buttons called "tenuki" and "ko threat" would also be useful for problems that aren't whole-board. There are many problems that have "live or play T if you think you can't", "can you kill? If not, play at T to tenuki", "play at K if you need to play a ko threat" etc... They could be represented in the SGF as labelled squares "kothreat" and "tenuki" or something, a bit away from the problem itself (and not shown when the problem is presented, of course).

The main attraction of these added facilities (apart from the elegance) would be that less problems require instructions in English (and non-translateable since it's in the SGFs themselves), and thus make the site more attractive internationally.

And surely, the above system could be generalized to automatically adding buttons for intersections (not shown) with labels beginning with some fixed string. It would be a much more elegant way to handle all those "what's the status of this group?" "how many points was the marked move worth?" etc. problems, but then one'd lose some of the translation aspect. Possibly have a fixed set of labels/buttons available.

Yes, pass, ko threat and tenuki buttons would be helpful.
