hey adum! i think that adding a "*" link at the "difficulty:" field in a problems page to the explanation of how it works on the info page might help to prevent some users from comment on the inappropriate rating a problem has when it's still new...
(i thought of suggesting adding +/- links there but i guess it only makes sense if u'r using the random browsing feature, right? but in general, consider adding some browsing capabilities there... i bet other users will have some ideas on the subject... right? *ponders if somebody actually bothers reading what he writes...*)
