Loss of pro account status

Hello!

I was in the process of moving all my logins from one login manager to another. This required me to sign out from GoProblems.com and then sign-in again with the second manager active. Now, after signing out and signing back in, my account has lost the pro status, which means the problem solving and rating histories are subject to the 6-day reset rule.

I am holding a receipt of the payment and only 3 months has passed since I paid for the service. The pro account service description says it is valid for a full year. I tried sending e-mail to adum+gp, but so far I have not received a reply.

What's going on here?

we sorted this out over email, but in case anyone is wondering, he had two accounts and had signed into the one without pro by accident.

Indeed.

Not only did I sign in with the wrong credentials, I just saw that Adum's e-mail got stashed into the trashcan by my too-eager junk filter.

Case closed, problem solved.
