When users log on this site, the system shows their user ID in the up-right corner of the browser. Around that area, the system also shows a title, which is between the username and the number of game that the user has played. For example, my current title is "second line fuseki". I am wondering what is that and how it is determined.
For example, mine has gone from "go student", to "snapped back", and now "second line fuseki". Does it change when I win more games, or when my (percentage) rating changes, or my score varies? Thank you very much.

it changes as you solve more problems, as a percent of the total problems on the site.
