So anyway my problem got deactivated, for some reason. Note it wasn't marked as a duplicate. I went back and edited, but have no idea how to reactivate it. The problem is 13381 tesuji. Also I was looking over my problems and this one 12934 tesuji, was deactivated as well, however nothing is actually marked wrong with it. Does any one know why.

Hi, the problem 13381 was put into sandbox. You can find the reason (and who did it) by reading the edit history page.

To reactivate the problem, you should check on "Probldm In Use" and check off "Sandbox" in the edit page. But I think you should not do it yet -- the problems is still missing a lot of important variations.
