I began to make problems and later I see attempts in problems that I don't remember have done. There problems that show as unsolved when I solved it at the first attempt (Solved button show me in red). Maybe this can be because I expend a lot of time in the problem or is a bug?

It could be that the timers (smiling circles) all timed out before you solved the problem.
