I am a Chinese so I dont really understadn what tesuji,and tenuki and all those things mean .Can someone tell me in Chi or Eng

what language are you viewing the site in? the chinese versions should have translations for those words.

you can find the meanning of a word, it's translation and some graphical and english descriptions on senseis, e.g. for tenuki -

tesuji is best move sequence(s) in the given positon
tenuki is a non-local play or a play elsewhere
