Display issues: Missing frames etc.

Didn't want to jump in before the dust settled, but here's my 2p worth:

On the user page and problem edit page it seems that several frames are missing, although the content of those frames is displayed (as if glued on a white sheet of paper).
The problem page no longer displays the content from the Needs fixing, Invalid and Duplicate flags. I need to edit a problem to see them.
In JavaScript mode the board does not show the positions to the next nodes of variations or comments, even when TreeView is on. This makes it hard to navigate the tree.
Sometimes the square marking the position in the treeview disappears too - that makes it even harder. When around a White node it does not really stand out; the wood color might just be too subtle. A fat red square around it might help.
