mod+author re-enbable removed tsumego

hi,
i've removed (not to the sandbox) http://goproblems.com/prob.php3?id=15217 and wanted to modify and return it but it says a mod has disabled it as it's unfit/unfixable and i can't re-enable it (yeah i know i could post a new one, but)... i wonder if the probelm is because i'm both a mod and the author (sorry to lazy to test it with another problem
