Hello,

I joined the site for the explicit purpose of posting this: I used to use the site frequently (~every day) because I enjoy go/go problems, but at some point a few months ago the applet became unbearably slow for me. Mouse movement and click response was so laggy that it wasn't really a useful or enjoyable experience anymore. Does anyone else have this problem/Is it fixable?

It seems to happen only in chrome.

I do have that problem frequently, but it happens just as often in Explorer as in Chrome. If Explorer works fine for you, there's your solution.
What I see is a relationship with network access problems; it is worse under (fast) WiFi than when wired to the same (slower than WiFi) internet access point. So I think there is a lot of small packet interchange, and I expect packet buffering may be the culprit here.
Not being an expert on this, I might be talking bogus here.
