Add group does not.

I tried to add a problem group at http://www.goproblems.com/group/addgroup.php

When I click "Go", the page says

Editing group.
Delete this group.
huh?

The word "delete" is a link to http://www.goproblems.com/group/addgroup.php?del=1&id=0

The group is not created.

I tried with several inputs, the error persists.
