Rating for new problems
I just contributed a new problems and it already lists it as 6d difficulty. This may be because not enough people have tried it. I think a new problem should not have any difficulty associated with it until x number of people have tried it. I am not sure what x should be but I figure at least 20 or so...

yes, it's just an estimate until enough people have tried the problem.
