What do you do if your opponent is copying your moves?

I was wondering if there was a way to beat a person if you play as white, and the opponent is playing black, and their first move is to take the center point, and then, they just mirror your moves across that point. I just wanted to see how to undo the mirror.

Yes, but dont play any obviously bad moves, as then your opponent will stop playing mirror go.
