hey adum!

great to see that u implemented a separate page for "all comments" to be viewed in. however it's possible to see even before an attempt at the problem's made... it could also be quite useful if u had a "commented on:" (which var) prior to every comment in the list...

edit: also the applet continues to play out commented vars _beyond_ the authors coverage which might be problematic because weaker players are changing paths without the author being able to do anything about it and when going beyond "CORRECT" final position, the user gets it wrong at the end (messes up attempts)...

edit2: also a show deactivated comments mark in all comments or outside of local comments could be useful (current behavior is to show it either way, isn't it? ^^*)

edit3: also, how about a msgbox saying "comment added" or something? ^^* or perhaps some kind of visual event? ^^*

edit4: also all comments shows no comments when navigating teh solution unless in root position ^^*

hey santa =)

oops, i didn't notice that problem about being able to see them. it should be fixed now. yeah, the full list shows all deactivated comments right now. i'll fix this at some point. i think you're right that showing the full path is a good idea.

i don't see this problem when you move off of the home position and the all comments list goes away.

how do you mean about a message box for when a comment is added? you mean when you add one, or someone else does?

i'll have to fix the thing with the applet responding to comment vars.

thanks!

^_^

well, can't reproduce the comment-disappearing phenomenon... must be magic =)

yes i was thinking of a msgbox when u add one, but maybe it (the "focus") should just jump to the freshly added comment? =)

could u perhaps also recalculate the comments column width upon stone size change? http://goproblems.com/prob.php3?id=10114 starts with small stones by default (due to board height) but it uses the large stones board size for width calculation ^_^*

ahh also attempt paths seems to be completely disabled - is it going over every users attempts to generate a table? maybe a general user attempts tree should be kept separately? ^^* (i could really use it covering the aforementioned problem... *feels clueless*)

edit: another consideration is hiding a user created (through commenting) path leading to only disabled comments in the basic navigate solution tree ^_^*
