what about to create a new statistic for the problems with greatest and smallest rating?

And is it true that if some fix percentage of people solve some problem, the rating will change in direction set by the percentage?

Like if 30% people who try some problem solve it, the rating will grow. The rating will be bigger when 10 000 people tried the problem than when 100 people tried it.

hi -- i want the ratings to stabilize a bit more before i make them too official. as you say, the ratings change the more people try a problem, especially if the problem is very easy or very difficult.
