Since I just cannot seem to be clever enough not to reload the Comments page after I post a comment to a problem..
The script receiving comments could check if there already is an _identical_ comment from the same person, and silently reject the new one if that is the case.

Sadly, I've also been guilty of this more than once in the past week so I would second the suggestion.
