it could be anice idea, to first, not allow voting, till one's done, playing the problem, and only to display it, when a certain amount of votes accomulates - since, it's still not too popular, it seems, somethnig, little, like 3 votes - as each such coolness vote is affected, by what other ppl, thougt of the problem..

As there's 21680 coolness votes spread over 1887 active problems with ~1700 deactivated ones, the average no. of votes per active problem must be ~10.
I think it would be useful to display the no. of votes each coolness rating is made up of. A 9(18), say, would be a much better result than a 9(1), or even a 10(1).
