well... u know some problems just drive u crazy... i mean, giving them 10 isn't enough... (for me it's problems i spend over 5 mins trying to solve, and than i stare at them helplessly for god knows how much more...before trying to solve again...u know..) why not make some special rating like "greeeaaat!" or something? so that only registered users can use it, and only would be able to give it something like 3 times a month or something... so that it'd have a higher than 10 coolness point worth? (yup...i liked some probs that much:)
