Suggestion: Promote the forum more on the main site

I have the feeling that the forum is half-dead. Posts linger around for about a week unanswered by anyone. I feel as if I'm alone with a couple of others like santa c, chrise and occasionally a mod.

This isn't healthy for a forum, because it will also stifle the people who regularly post something (under the assumption that someones reads it and cares).

Perhaps the forum has nothing of importance to discuss... Actually no, the wiki suggestion is the most radical and as of yet has not had a totally convincing reply.
