Flag a user

Is there some way to 'flag' a user as disruptive and/or untrustworthy?
I am tired of this one user, LiJian, who doesn't list his rank, always adds wrong variations and adds himself as a source. Is he suposed to be some sort of pro? Doesn't seem like it to me. He marked this move as wrong and overplay, but not only has it been played professionally, but it starts the famous Magic Sword of Muramasa joseki. He didn't add any variation and of course, he added himself as a source. I've seen this behavior from him multiple times, sometimes adding questionable moves and always adding himself as a source.
I understand if Alexandre Dinerchtein adds himself as a source, he has a page at Sensei's, everybody knows who he is. If this person really is a pro player, I demand he list his rank, at the very least. How can he mark the move that starts the Magic Sword as overplay? He has made close to 5000 edits, which worries me a lot, is there anything we can do?
